Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms are beautifully decorated and feel just like home, despite the small bathroom and tiny kitchenette. There's plenty of natural light that makes the room cozy. The location is excellent, right between shops and close to many restaurants and cafes in the Condessa area. However, being on a triangular corner, one side of the street can be noisy due to passing trucks, but the other side is peaceful. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to assist us, from booking trips to even opening the door for us. As for dining, the breakfast was satisfying and the famed USDA prime-aged steaks were a highlight. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything from laundry service to tours assistance. Overall, a wonderful experience!
Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, they went above and beyond to assist us. The location was convenient, within walking distance to various restaurants and cafes. However, the dining options were limited, which was a downside during our stay.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully designed with unique furniture and art pieces, but there was a noticeable noise issue. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location in the lovely neighborhood of Condessa was a big plus, offering easy access to various restaurants and cafes. However, the dining options were limited, and the noise problem in the rooms was a drawback.
